Field Biologists Cry Foul Over Ban

An article in Science by Pallaca Bagla highlights the issues faced by scientists working in Karnataka, India as research permits are cancelled and research project refused entry to tiger reserves. Although regulation is required Ullas Karanth, tiger biologist with WCS India, suggests that the measures have become draconian.
